Front panel ?

Hi, I recently acquired an item ‘84 944. The PO removes the front panel and sold me the car with one that seems to have come from a later car since it has screw holes and studs in the head light area. Will the later panel work on the early car?

The early panels were welded on and the later panels were bolted on. They will exchange as they are basically the same but you’ll need to work and fabricate the attachment points somewhat regardless you bolt or weld it back on.
