Indicator lights not working and Lowbeam's
 

Hi,

I am trying to fix all the electrical gremlins with a 1984 porsche 944 restoration. I have ironed out a lot of issues, but still have these:

1. Lowbeam headlights rotate up but don't come on unless I put Highbeam light on with the Highbeam stalk.
2. Indicators are all blinking normally with the hazard light switch but not with the indicator stalk and the dash light illuminates with a solid light and doesn't blink.

Need to do some more troubleshooting to narrow it down. But I suspect that the answer to both issues is in the one thing they have in common, the turn signal stalk.
