Weird smells?

When I really romp on my engine while say racing and stuff and really rev high I get a pretty distinct smell out of it. I don't know if it is the turbo or it is normal. Doesn't smell like oil but who knows. Anyone have that smell. Anyone ever asks I say turbo so I don't sound stupid cause I just bought it like 2-3 weeks ago hehe =-)

If it has a sweet smell like cotton candy it is Coolant.

If it smells like sulphur it is clutch or brakes.

If it smells like burnt oil then it is burnt oil.

Anyway if you can describe the smell it would help.

I have the same problem, but I can tell you that it's definitely oil in my case, and definitely coming from the turbo. What's happening is the seals in the compressor housing are going bad and when you get on full boost, the pressure blows oil past the seals, and you smell the oil. I've had my mechanic look at it, and it isn't too bad yet, but I do need to get the turbo replaced sooner or later.
