URGENT HELP NEEDED.. oil leak

It seems i'm leaking oil from my #4 exhaust port, i was assuming i have a bad head gasket, but i'm worried that it's worse than that... IDEAS?

Edit: No black smoke from exhaust, just the leak

has the car been sitting?.. sometimes the valve cover gasket likes to shrink when not (heated up) regularly. if it's not a huge amount of oil run it for 30 days then look for the leak again, the gasket will probablly swell back to it's appropriate size and stop future leaking....

It doesn't leak unless the car is running. I cleaned it off and took a look from the underside. After a couple seconds running the oil seems to pour from the underside of the exhaust port and stream down the manifold. No oil mess from the cam housing or the rear cam housing seal.

What i really need to know is would a bad head gasket cause the oil to leak into the exhaust port or is there some other sinister problem that causes this.

The severity will make me decide whether to fix it or part it out. I'd like to keep the car on the road, but i also have a limited budget.

Does anyone happen to know the part number for the valve cover gasket for a '83? I couldn't find it on Pelican Parts's site.
Thanks,
L-

EDIT: Duh! I found it!
