Best brake pads? Mintex? Hawk?
I need to get new pads for my 944 S2 cab. I'm not after best stopping performance, mainly low noise and low brake dust. Both manufacturers and others claim low noise and dust - so which one is really best?

I got the regular vanilla Mintex pads for the rear of my '87 n/a. No problems with squeel or dust. Car stops great. I'll get the fronts in Mintex when needed without even stopping to think about it.

I think brake pads are like food. Everyone has different preferences.
