Vacuum pressure, how much on a healthy system

Hello all. How much vacuum should there be on the system that is healthy. Anyone know.

Where is the main source of vacuum on the engine?

I'm planning on doing all the vacuum lines.

I run about 12 in/hg at idle when cold, then it goes to 18 in/hg at idle fully warm.
I would guess the largest single vacuum source would be the venturi for the power brake booster....But I have eliminated mine as per the 951 S.
