Question Rear Suspension

Hi to all! Need someone expertise advise! I own a 1986 Porsche 944 non turbo. Very nice car!

Recently I have purchase new wheels & tires 17", with spacers on ebay, company in Miami. The standard wheels & tires were 15".

After mounting the tires, looks great! However one problem! Driverside in the rear, the tires rubs the inside of the wheel weld, when I drive over a bump or dip!

Question: Can the rear be raised slightly, sprinds, or struts need to be change? I don't know, could use a suggestion and would greatly appreciate...ASAP!

Thank you and Happy Easter!

Johnny

Is it rubbing at the lower front of the wheel well? If so, roll the fender lip over. The factory did it on the Turbo S. I nice fitting set of wheels will do that unless the lip is rolled; meaning that they fill the wells out really well. You could also probably use a set of rear shocks.
