spark

on the subject of spark plugs extended from my previous post"what mods you runnin" some of you guys bought up some interesting stuff about spark and multiple spark. my questions ar this. if multiple spark is supposed to be so good. does the bosch +4 help any with its 4 spark surfaces the way a multiple spark system does?

and have any of you guys tried those new iridium plugs yet?what is so special about them?are there any spark plugs i shouldnt use in my car?the other day i went to buy some plugs and the guy at r/s strauss handed my some damn champion plugs for my 944.i wanted to stab him with them.being an employee he should know better than that.

I don't know about 7-10 more miles per gallon, but +4s are good plugs for the NA.

However I run normal bosch, since I can adjust the gap. (Jacob's suggests you increase the gap with their coil, since spark energy is a little higher).

+4s generate only one spark per ignition stroke. Spark will travel to the "arm" (don't know what they're called really), with the smallest resistance. They heat up quickly, and start firing at high efficiency right away, so nothing against them.
