Has anyone split the main fuse/relay board (Central Electric)?
Hi all
I'm stopping in from the 964 forum because I think there are more DIYers here who may know something about the similar "Central Electric" fuse and relay block. After hours of studying the diagrams and empirical analysis believe there is some internal bussing that is neither visible nor diagrammed. I also believe the fuse/relay block can be split open as shown in my picture below. Has anyone attempted this? Does anyone have a junk Central Electric they're willing to part with for the sake of science? My 964 is my only "car" so I'm hesitant about experimenting on it, would rather do this on the bench. Thanks Rus in CT ![]() ![]() ![]()

I did and it was pure luck that I got it all back together properly. Never again!

Thank you! Most excellent Christmas present to my deeply confused brain.
