Help id plug under intake

1987 924s automatic

Hello,

I removed the intake to get to the idle control valve. Under it I found a connector not attached to anything. The blue lines are the new vacuum lines. The car was running but had a rough idle until warm.

In the pic it’s the really dirty one in the middle. The one near the top is what went into the idle control.
The engine is filthy been sitting for 12-14 years. By the looks of that plug it may have not been used but I could not see where it attached.

That is an extra plug on the 1987 model. On the 1988 to goes to the back of the intake manifold
