Lightbulb How to fix a wheel?

Hi there again.
I got a good offer for four wheels, Turbo for my car.
The price is good, but of course depending of their condition.
Can you fix/mend scratches and (i dont know what to call it, when you have marks after hitting a side walk) bumps ?
(They are still suppose to be round!)

I'm no talking about spraying it with color, I'm more interested in the pre-work, like possible to fix deper scratches a.s.o.
With what and can you do it your self?
Can you solder some parts yourself?
Thank you
/Smile

curb "rash" is pretty harsh. If you were getting steel wheels you could possibly bang it out. I can pretty much garuntee you are not getting steel wheels for your p car. Maybe you can grind it smooth and polish it then repaint them all?? It won't be perfect but might be better. The other idea I have is use led solder. American cars used to use led solder in the 60's and 70's instead of bondo to cover the welds on body panels. Maybe you can put some extra solder and grind it down until it is flush??? Maybe I am nuts but they are idea's
