How do you remove the alarm key tumbler?

After a winter of driving and not using my alarm, my alarm key won't turn now.

I put 3 in 1 penetrating oil in the key-hole, yet it still won't budge. I think I need to pull the tumbler and oil it by hand.

Anyone ever do this???

How? Was it difficult? I've had the same problem - for about the last two years.

the outer ring untrheads panzer. After you unthread it the whole thing falls into the car. Open the door and pull out the vent in the door jam. Reach in and pull her out.

Panzer,

Why do you need an alarm anyways--who would want to steal an "S"??

As soon as you find the retrofit procedure, I am in . I was at the Autozone Sunday(Jeep brake overhaul) , and they had lots of shiny R134A cannisters. What happened to your roof, stripped gears? Now may be the time to use your PCA discount coupon--alarm tumbler, sunroof gears, it adds up quick

Yeah, but the costs go with the territory, I guess. Yep, the sunroof gears finally went. As far as my records show, they were the originals. Time to make a call to Sewickley Porsche.

I'll snoop around for a procedure on the A/C. Stay tuned.........
