heater woes
Somebody help me! I have a 1988 944 Turbo S that will not let hot air blow on the low setting (at your feet) Heater works fine, but will not direct heat to your feet. Could this be a broken cable that controls the vent action or is it electronic?
Thanx! |

It is probably the servo motor just above your right foot that is not moving the flap that directs the air. Loosen the flap rod from the motor/geabox and move it by hand. You probably only need a new motor/gearbox. It's controlled by the lower slider switch.

Wear some pants!
Just kidding, I agree with Lawrence. Look there first. Dave |

Thanks Dave, I do wear pants, but when your wife wears a miniskirt with a thong what do you do?

I think you should give up and sell me the car.

When my wife wears a miniskirt and a thong, I'm not thinking about my heater, or even driving my car for that matter.
