Temperature sensor
 

Good Morning to all. My old problem of tickover drop off has returned, I’m pretty sure cleaning the air control valve has eliminated it as the cause, well I’m thinking that at the moment. I want to eliminate the engine temperature sensor though, as a possible cause but not sure where it is located on an S2. help appreciated, thanks.

It's in this picture, below the gooseneck, with a blue electrical 2 pin connector.
