Grr.... I wish that they would make more die cast models of the porsche 924/944/968 series.... Like the 1:18 scale i believe.. and i wish there were more posters of them too..... such an unappreciated model line.....
hehe.. also i filled out a order form for a tweeks catalog today.... and then i went to the mail box after getting home from a friends (I ran over a water line and busted it... scarey, but also a long story)...... and there was a tweeks catalog... I was like... woah fast delivery.. although i guess i filled out one like 3 weeks ago or something.... just forgot.... Oh and i didnt get in trouble for the water line.. told the truth and everyone was cool... my friend kept tellin me to say some guy in a fixed up civic did it...... pssch... how dumb... anyways later..... ![]() ------------------ PORSCHE-THE BEST!!!! |

I agree with David 84 944na. The "Original Porsche 924/944/968" book is a must for a 944 owner.
Also, if you're into putting your favorite car under glass or on your desk, like I am, the plastic model company Tamiya, makes two beautifully detailed 1/24 scale kits of the early 951. Testors and Italeri also made kits of the 944S, the 944 Cabriolet and of course, the 951, all in 1/24 scale. These latter kits are long out of production, but the odd one still surfaces once in a while on E-bay. Heller, of Germany, also made a na944 in 1/87 scale. It's just a collectable however, there is nothing to build. |
