Starting Trouble

Ok, I got the fuel lines on but now the car wont start. I plugged all the relays back in and the car would run before so I dont think that is the problem. If I bury it while trying to start the car there is a click in the rear, I am assuming thats the fuel pump trying to do something. I want to get my car running for prom tonight but I cant figure out whats wrong here. anyone have an idea???
