A trip to the junkyard...
Ah, Archway junkyard.
 The only junkyard around here with 944s.The front sign:  Here is a pic of a red 924 and a red 944. These are right next to the office and are surrounded by thorns...just past the 928, but before the 914.  and here, two pics of an '85 944. This is the car we got our second engine from and many other parts. It has been stripped almost all the way.   Wish I had more pics but I don't. I seem to be there every month...maybe next time. It's like a 45 minute drive.

Oh yeah, also...I saw a cayenne today, it was blue and I think it was an S. It had some type of rack on the top. I wasn't in the porsche
 . I was in the van with my family, but the guy saw me looking excitedly and waved.

yeah, the owner of the junkyard's wife has a 944 and he bought the others for parts.
Recently I went back to the lot where I bought my car just to show the owner what I had done to it (I was driving by anyway) and it turns out this guy owns 12 951s in Florida that he races!

Dez...I lived in the UK (both London & Richmond) for over 7 years with my 944...lots of breaker yards there
