Lightbulb Thoughts on the new Lindsey Racing cams?

Looking at the tech specs on the ones for NA cars, they look astoundingly similar to the John Milledge s3-14 cams. If I remember correctly, those cams needed the DME FQS changed. Lindsey does not specify anything about this on the page, but the cams seem to be such a similar grind... maybe I'm looking too deep into it. Anybody planning on throwing one of these new cams in? They are going for cheaper than a Webcam is...

I have two of Milledge's cams , can't tell you the numbers off hand because his website is shut down , but one of them is a mild one with .473 lift and the second one which i use in my race car is the .502 lift unit which requires an aftermarket engine management.
The first one can be used with a stock DME but would benefit from dyno tuning in order to gain full advantage but the second one is a whole different story.

I wouldn't be surprised if Lindsey took over some of Milledges specs for their cams , although i always thought they were a Webcam vendor...

Before getting a cam, get a modern ECU upgrade that eliminates the stock DME/AFM first.

Far easier to lighten these cars and improve the suspension than to try and wring out more power.

Linsey racing has some pretty cool hop up goodies. I think they have 3 stage kits for more power on the 944 platform. Not many hop up shops for these cars.
