vacuum lines
can someone look under their hood and tell me where the vacuum lines that go to the fpr go to or from .also,there are 2 lines from the throttle body. where are they supposed to go.

Romeo,
Just been doing some vacuum line and wiring figuring on 944. With the short daylight and weather, it will be a couple of weeks before I finish and make sure I,m right. The line that goes to the back straight tube "y"s off. One leg of the "y" goes to the fuel pressure regulator and damper on the rail. The other leg goes over to the carbon cannister valves that are on the drivers fender. The the line on the angled tube goes to a valve in the water line, under the intake toward the rear of the motor. It "y"s off this to the cannister valves. There might be a vacuum line diagram on the passenger fenderwell of your car by the wind shield washer tank. Hope you can get others to verify me because it's the middle of the night here and I,m not going out to look at the car & wake up whole family. drew1 |
