AFM bosh number

Hi!

Turns out my 944 has an AFM from a triumph TR-7, what is the correct bosch number for the original? My car is -87. If I search I find this number BOSCH 0 280 202 064 and BOSCH 0 986 280 041.
I've read that there could be issues if its early AFM paired with late DME. Current afm has barn door adjusted to halfway open by spring, if I reset it the car will die.
It is also running pretty rich so the original AFM would likely solve those problems Thanks in advance!

0280202064 is the one that the factory used for the 87 944. it is used with the ECU number 0261200077.

Thanks for the info, ECU number is 0 261 200 076. So I take it that I need the other AFM?

0 261 200 076 is the ECU that came with the 85/2 944 from the factory. In this case, it will work with 0280202064

British parts on a Geman car? Yikes!!! Just replace the part with a factory correct OEM part..
