Hi Eduardo,
There are two cars there: - The 924 Carrera GTS has 8 and 9X16 Fuchs, sometimes 7 and 8. -The Le Mans car (GTR or GTP) has BIG center lock BBS mesh rims. They are something like 10 or 11 wide. Hope this helps, GeorgeK |

All the catalog stuff is in PDF format so if you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader you will have to download it. Cool, in the little applet at the top of the page the black and white 944 Turbo is my boss' old car (it got wrecked they built a nastier one) the new one is on the 944-944 Turbo page, also black and white with checkers. ------------------ The shortest distance between two points is in my car. Eduardo,
If you have a later model 924, 80 or later, check on 80 or later front hubs, brakes, and struts, and rear hubs and brakes off 5 lug 924t, 924S or early 944. 5 lug Porshe rims will fit then. You will have to use spacers on deep off set rims. For 4 lug rims, try a Ford 4 lug, Pinto or Mustang. drew1 |

I am currently building a 924 Carrera GTS replica on an '84 944. As for the lights, I bought the plastic covers from GT Racing but he did not have the buckets at the time. I am olanning to make my own (fiberglass). GT Racind does not supply the lights or the bulb mounting parts. However, I am going to use the rectangular mounting components from a '90 Eclipse. They are compact and the complete assy. attaches with 4 screws. I bought 4" x 6" rectangular H-4 lights from J.C. Whitney.
As for your wheels, I have 15 x 6 ****s wheels with 205/60-15 tires on my '79 924. I used aluminum wheel adaptors from "Wheel-a-dapt". These work perfectly! I have close to 70000 miles on mine without any problems. This car has not been babied either. I push it hard most of the time. For upgrading the brakes to early 944, for the front you need spindles, hubs, rotors, calipers, hoses and if the car is 78 1/2 or earlier you need the late bal joints. In the rear you need everything from the trailing arm out--bearing retainers, hubs, rotors, calipers, and e-brake cables. Everything bolts on. |
