Sunroof Motor Cable Drive
Has anyone tried to redesign or replace the sunroof motor drive mechanism using a linear actuator rather than the gear/cable? The little key broke off of the tube on my 1984 and the motor gear does not align with the cable. Need to either replace the entire mechanism or redesign the push/pull system.
Any help would be appreciated. |

No room for a linear actuator. Fix it the proper way, with a used part in good condition.
