used parts sources

I realize this is probably a frequently asked question, but I couldn't find much in the search. I'm buying a 944 this week, and I'm going to need some replacement parts right away. I was just looking for suggestions on reputable used parts people/places in Maryland (or nearby Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware).

When I was into Volvos, after awhile I had a nice address book of good trusting enthusiasts I could always get parts from. Now I have to start all over again. I should've gotten some phone numbers while I was at the Hershey Meet, haha.

Try Foreign Intrigue - they're located in Maine, and have a HUGE selection of parts for all makes and models. They are gread to deal with, VERY, VERY knowlegable and the owner Mike is (or was) the PCA North East president. Their prices are very reasonable too.

Good Luck!

Try the "924/944/968 parts for sale and wanted" forum of this board, there are always people parting out cars on there. Also, you may want to try local junkyards, call and ask them if they have any 944s. I found a great one in my area that has three of them.
