what porsch has 4 spoke wheels
I found a set of 4 mags at a garage sale for 75 bucks
at first I though oh they would be nice enough to put on when not driving and save my nice Fuchs mags. The tires my car came with are old and hard but would be ok for winter storage etc. turned out the mags are 4 bolt and wont fit, i just thought Id tell the seller what they were for if I can, I do have his contact info and he seems like a nice fellow. I did not buy them. I need to shop for roadworthy tires, In Canada, any tips? my early 85 had 5 bolt 14" rims, they are in almost perfect shape.. A PO added the under back bumper trim from an S version and I got some < i assume aftermarket plastic strips that are to go below the rockers, like a side air dam. They were slightly damaged and removed. They might look cool, but also probably make ground clearance an issue. I dont' know if the Fuchs mags are OEM for the make/ year but are very nice. I got the sports seats too. maybe these 4 bolt mags are for a 924? they had lots of curb rash and only one porsche center-cap. It's a black plastic cap. maybe not the deal of the century due to the damage they have, but likely usable. |

They quite possibly are; early 924's used those either with an 8-spoke wheel (aka tarantula) or the less-common classic spiderweb pattern...

thank you, Ill let the seller know, He can advertise them as 924 4 bolt wheels.
they weren't that fancy, likely just an earlier version but no good for any really nice car. It's nicer to see them go to a car owner than to scrap. Thanks 924RACR ;-) |
