Evaporator question.
Hey all,
From a past test at the dealership they located a leak in my evaporator. I told them I would take the time to fix it later. (I 'm a window person any way) On ebay the other day I ran across one from an 1986 944. I drive an early 85. Will that evaporator work in my car?. That's all I need to know. Brandon85-944

Brandon:
Mea Culpa. There are two different numbers for the evaporator. Sorry 1983-85 477820903 (same as the 924) 1985(late) 1991 94457321101 Condensor has the same part number for all years 944573011, but the early on ends in 01 the later in 03. Sorry about the initial guess. Hope this helps.
