Fuel Pressure Regulator brands
My original Bosch FPR failed. I just installed a URO fuel pressure regulator. The part looks and feels well made.
I also bought a Delphi FP10507 fuel pressure regulator but I installed the URO because it was available sooner and needed it ASAP. Does anyone have feedback on the long term reliability of URO brand FPRs ?

From what I've heard, URO electrical parts are not that good. Simple things, like buttons, weatherstripping are fine.
I do have DME fuel relay by URO and suspect that it doesn't work well after/during rainy weather. |

I just put a delphi one in my ford van and it seemed fine and couldnt see any weakness in it visually.
It is not easy to change in My Ford Van so I think I picked the best R A one from the list they had. it was double what they wanted for the "standard motor products" or "WVE" I've never personally had one fail, but changed it because the rubber diaphragm "could" fail and I don't need that issue out on the road. on the Porsche its easily accessible. |
