88 Base Tach/MPG Gauge
Hi All,
I have an 1988 Base 944 - the build date is 12/87. Some items that were standard on the 1988 I do not have - ABS, Air Bags, etc. Apparently those items were not required until 1/88. Anyway my tachometer does not have the MPG gauge in it - I happened to see one at a car swap show a few months ago and picked it up. I did some investigation and have not come across anyone that has just swapped the tach out - they just swap the entire gauge cluster. Can I swap the tach? and if so - are there any additional connections/wires I need to run? thanks! |
