Steering Wheel Question

I own a 1983 944 and will be replacing my standard three spoke steering wheel with a four spoke steering wheel. The four spoke wheel came off of a 1986 944. What do I need to accomplish this task? Is it a direct replacement? Or is there some sort of kit out there? Thanks in advance!

Yuck..... An 80's four spoke over a 3 spoke? Have you tried this wheel out yet? If so and you like it, go for it. I love my 3 spoke.

My three spoke is cracked. I used to own a late model 944 and it had the four spoke. I do prefer the four spoke over the three spoke. So does anyone know the answers to my questions?

I'm almost certain it is a direct replacement since the 4 spoke wheel was optional on 83 944s.

You are the only other 944 owner I've come across (besides myself) who broke their 3 spoke steering wheel.

My friend broke his 3 spoke on his 82 924. Porsche wanted over £400 for a new one over here in UK!!!!
