More Porsche Mirror help needed

I bought a toolset to de-pin the round connector for the side mirror, but it appears some of the pins inside are damaged and at least one of the wires is broken...see image.

Assuming I don't want to cut the loom, can anyone point me toward the specific terminal release tool for this connector? I assumed is was one of the hollow tubes to slip over the pin and release the small barbs inside but nothing seems to fit. I also tried the ones that are split into two parallel straight tines but there isn't enough room inside the connector to get one of those in there. It is very possible that the pin heads are mushroomed from earlier abuse which I why I am considering cutting the loom. If so I imagine I'll need to:
  1. Buy a new plug socket
  2. Cut these wires
  3. splice new wires in.
  4. Add new molex connectors.

Does this sound correct?

Can somebody point me toward which color wires go in which holes? I don't trust what I have since A) I has been messed with, B) The directions on this switch don't synch with how the mirror moves.

Thanks in advance.

GHEN

Here is the wiring diagram for the mirror on your car. It should help with locating the wires into the proper socket.

If it were my car, I would eliminate the wiring and manually adjust the mirror through an open window if necessary.

Thanks George, I think I'll do that at least as a temporary measure.
