Question does the gastank need gas in it all the time? HELP!

my 86 HARD-TOP factory lowered 944 turbo makes 303hp and 315 ft lbs of torque to the wheels

upgrades include:
weltmeister chip, shim, k 27-6 turbo, cone filter (k&n), 55 lb injectors, MAF, greddy profec e01 boost controller (isn't working right), wide-fire head gasket, ansa exhaust, billet adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and a pro m power perfect air to fuel ratio adjuster

it has been dynoed 56 times.

has any one used the pro m power box - were having a lot of problems with fuel.

the 55 lb injectors seemed to make the turbo spool 5 psi lower (15 psi) and at the top end the psi drops to ten
-I experience the same effect when the greddy boost controller is turned on except it boosts to only ten ( a hint may be that the tube from the wastegate to the air intake was blocked as per the instructions)

the boost controller is left off - it replaced the stock boost controller (completely)

can anyone help me out here?

the pro m power perfect has given us problems from the start
but the chips would not work with the MAF so i was forced to buy it

anyone else have this problem ?

ps it really sucks when the car is cold

pss i had to buy new injectors because the stock ones were maxed out and would go lean at 5000 rpm (we didn't want to max out the adjustable fuel pressure regulator) so i got the 55 lbs injectors
