Adjustable FPR
What are the advantages of a adjustable FPR,besides higher pressure? Is it worth putting on an N/A? I've read places that the 944/924/951's came with more fuel pressure (among other things) but were detuned when entering the US or strict EPA standards, is this true?

An adjustable fpr allows you tune a little bit to compensate for modifications. Richening the mixture on a stock engine wont neccessarily increase performance, and may actually reduce it.

Well, I am running nitrous, but not very often and I do have a cold air intake,I was thinking this: more air more fuel = better performance. My intake is also port matched to my head, bigger plug wires ect. among other mods.

Justin: I am guessing your NOS system is a wet kit, and therefore supplies the additional fuel needed according to the amount of N2o. With the mods that you have, stock fuel pressure is probably enough. The stock EFI system should be able to compensate for the slight increase in air flow. Adding more fuel without increasing air volume will actually decrease performance and throttle response. If you are not sure about your fuel mixture an air/fuel ratio monitor may be worthwhile.
