They are Bosch and you can buy kind of a universal with the correct number of wires, 2, 3, or 4. drew1 |

Eduardo, I was wrong about the number of wires. When I said 2, it should be one. The universal O2 sensors have one wire which is usually black for the signal. The other wires are for a heater to allow the sensor to come on quicker. On Porsche this wire would be green. On most universal sensors rhe heater wires are gray, I think. The 4 wire sensor also has a signal ground. I haven't seen a Porsche with these. The universal sensors don't have the right connector for a Porsche. This means doing some cutting & splicing or better soldering. I don't know if some of the VW O2 sensors use the same connector as Porsche. drew1 |

When I had mine replaced my mechanic took a ford sensor and soldered it to the original Porsche harness. It worked great and cost like 35 bucks. |

I paid $75 for the correct one for my car from Vertex, however, my mechanic said I waisted my money, as the universal Bosch sensor is the same thing....The universal is around $30 and is also available from Vertex...Cus |
