After 7 years working for the boss. I thought I'd start my own business (four weeks ago) building database solutions. Anything from contact managers (CRM tools) to internet web stores.

If any of you need advice or have a problem....

( I know its bad form to look for business on the forum but I thought this thread might let me get away with it).

Built a car expenses tracker that a couple of you guys showed interest in. If anyone wants a look give me a mail.

FLIGHT ATTENDANT

Have met some really cool people. Just had Walter Cronkite and his wife, Pat Narita (Karate Kid) President George Bush(#1), President Gerald Ford, Leann Rhimes etc...

Always strike up a conversation when I see someone reading Excellence.

And my sweetie is a f/a as well so we get to spend 24/7 together!

Maintenance Supervisor for several sub-zero cold storage facilities that my company owns. I specialize in Ammonia Refrigeration but play with the 1750 h.p. Freon system now and then. Humidity is the enemy!

IT - Network & Systems Admin. for a 3PL provider. Full time husband/dad.

Was a Mazda, then BMW dealer mechanic when I graduated from College and didn't have a clue what I wanted to do. Spent 5 years crewing on an SCCA GT-3 car - no pay but a heck of a lot of fun.

Reading "Rich Dad/Poor Dad's Cash Flow Quadrant" with the hopes of figuring how I can retire by 40 and spend the rest of my life raising my kids and playing with P-Cars...

Nope, this is the first one in the series I've read. It was specifically recommended to me by a fairly wealthy friend (the guy who's GT-3 car I crewed on). Almost finished - will almost certainly pick up the others and go through them before venturing off into the land of Machiavellian Capitalism...

IT...

I.T. Network Administrator in charge of 300 computers/users in 17 different locations all over Kansas. Yeah, I drive 200 miles a day in a P-Car to tell people their Inkjet printer is out of Ink. I just resigned today and will be taking a week off before starting new career change...haven't a clue what I want to do next. Maybe open a little p-car shop because there really aren't any mechanics worth a damn around here.

Second job: teaching radio controlled aircraft basics to students and new fliers. Mostly R/C helicopters, but not in Hawaii (I wish).

Third job: Father of the cutest little guy in the world! (see website)
