Question about FPR
With an Adjustable FPR and High boost levels (18+Psi) What is a proper setting on the fpr?
Thanks. ------------------ White 87 951' |
When your mixture is good. You'll have to measure it. I wouldn't just adjust it to something simply because someone else is. Too many variables.
Dave PS - I was running 7 bar(90 psi), however, my FPR had failed and the car ran VERY poorly http://www.pelicanparts.com/ultimate/wink.gif |
I too almost bought an adjustable fpr...but when i saw the 3bar fpr for less the price i went for it...you can't really go higher than 45 psi(idle) or you'll just blow up the injectors(one reason i went the 3 bar)..co'z when it senses that it doesn.t have vacuum the pressure rises anyway....the 951 has a 2.5 bar and the the s2 has the 3 bar(38.00 paragon products) IMHO...
