Hi
There is a light brown gunky foam inside my header tank (expansion tank). Pls advise on the action I must take to fix it. Thanks in advance. Regards Simon |

I would have thought the oil cooler seals would have been fixed for good on a 968, but maybe not. Other, more serious problem could be head gasket.

Don't know too much, but this sounds like a classic head gasket problem.

Head gasket or oil cooler seals, but if I remember right the 968 don't have this kind of oil cooler. Anyway, don't use the car until it's fixed! If you have oil in the water you might also have water in the oil and that's not good for the engine...
