windshied wipers problem
 

1986 944 Turbo -The wipers work fine on the medium and high speeds. On the low speed, they either do not work at all or they shudder across the windshield in slow motion. The intermittent setting works only occationally - mostly not at all. What the deal?

sounds like the relay, which controls all that stuff ... check on Ebay for a replacement.

HI hello, hey remove the relay from the fuse box and take it apart clean with some fine grit sand paper the contacts inside then try it again.Stan

If the above suggestions did not work, you probably have a bad switch in the steering column....My last 944 didn't work at all on high speed...I changed the switch, and it worked like a champ...Cus
