Exclamation Car repair estimate!!

Wow, took my car to a good body shop localy and the estimate they gave us was $6,584.49 to get ti fixed, which means the insurance company is gonna have to come out and look at it. The other bad thing was when I got there the engine was smoking a little, and popped the hood, coolant everywhere. smething else must have come loose up there or something broke because I haven't driven it for 3 weeks or so. Hopefully I will get my money soon though

Macfreak don't freak....

Bodyshops ALWAYS mark up for the insurance companies.. They also factor in replacing everything possible. The important thing is don't let it leave the shop till its right. Let your insurance company and shop duke it out on the price, just make sure it is gold when it leaves.

oh, they are probably gonna just total it, instead of having it fixed and all that jazz. The insurance company just needs to look at it so they can decide how much money I will get for it
