Drove my car last night, and notice that the low beam is more brither than my high beam. Any upgrade, or anything I need to check.

Low beams normally concentrate more light on the ground within about 50 feet in front of the car, thus lighting up the road directly in front of you pretty brightly. The high beams concentrate their efforts much further out, so the road directly in front of you would be somewhat dimmer, but you should have a broader field of perception.
You might try getting your lights aligned. Since you are in Texas, that's one of those things they are supposed to look at during the yearly inspection, most service shops have the alignment machine or you could just try eye-balling it against a wall(I'd pay for a proper alignment myself).
