Post Poll: Does anyone subscribe to any Porsche magazines?

Is there anyway that would allow me to subscribe to Excellence via the internet?

Also, what other Porsche magazines would you guys recommend?

Thanks,
Paul

I've subscribed to Excellence (cannot subcribe through the net), Panorama, 911&Porsche world (3 year subscription would've been $200+ if I remember correctly so I buy it every month), as well as european car which has plenty of Porsche content, and autoweek, that has some. I'm contemplating Christophorus.

I visit the periodical rack and only buy those magazines which have some content I am interested in. In particular, 951, 944, and 928 content. Most rags dwell on 911 stuff.

I like 911&Porsche world, the name would have you think that the mag is mostly about 911s, but it's not. Excellence is quite good too, don't know which one I like better. 911&Porsche world's printed in the UK, and that does have it's downsides. (Advertisers/articles are based on stuff sold in europe, etc.)

Panorama has good tech articles now and then, but so do Excellence AND 911&Porsche world. Since I don't pay for Panorama, I won't complain. Christophorus has good articles now and then, but they seem to concentrate on the newer models most the time.

Another one I forgot to mention, Grassroots Motorsports. They bought a 944 project car, don't miss next month's issue if you're interested in modifying your suspension. These guys usually tend to buy only cost effective stuff. (though I slightly disagree with some of the power improvements they're getting).

European car has very good articles, and Porsches are mentioned often, but usually in the finer print. Info is VERY good though, and the magazine is worth reading anyway. (even if you're not into Porsches).

For somebody who's new to Porsches, I can recommend excellence, articles are easy to follow. If you're into racing on a budget, grassroots motorsports is a great mag to read.

Autoweek is superb too, but doesn't have too much specifically about Porsches. (Unlike Excellence, 911&Porsche World, Porsche Panorama, and Christophorus. These magazines are about Porsches only.)

Excellence is the best, followed by 911& Porsche World. Both could use more 944 coverage, though. Never read Christophorus or Panorama, however... I do like Road and Track, Car and Driver, and Classic and Sports Car.
