Question Narrowed down my short/bad ground

Ok, the following do not work or only work occasionally
interior light
cargo light
underhood light
door switches(for light)
horn

These are all in the exact same sector of the haynes wiring diagram...??
I have no stereo installed at the moment. This is my first thought, an uncapped wire.

Any ideas on how I should seek this one out. Seems it should be easy considering they are all so close.

I figure it must be a ground but what is the most likely?

I would check the contacts on Fuse 7 for the lights, make sure not loose ,etc. They don't have the same ground, but have this in common.

For the horn, check contact in horn button & ground, check fuse 9 contacts, the relay, & ground near left head light.

There is a brown ground wire on the steering rack for the horn. These corrode bad and require cleaning and possible replacement.

Can ONE bad ground in a series such as this cause the "whole shootin match" to foul up. If that is the case, I have a couple of culprits.

One bad ground can cause a host of problems. I have been trying to find my own problem. All these stopped working at the same time:

AC Blower (was able to rig the relay to get it working)
windows
power mirrors
wipers

This problem is a PITA and I'm about to take it to a shop!

I haven't tracked down my dome light problem yet either....

My door pinswitches seem to work fine, due to the nasty sounding buzzer I get when the key is in the ignition and I open the door. But the dome light stays illuminated when set to the 'door' position. Dunno if my rear cargo light works, didn't even notice it had one.

My hood light does work luckily.

You probably have seen those terminals kind of spot welded to the body, this is a ground point & a bad one can mess up everything on it.
