HID lights
I live in the boonies and the stock lights don't cut it.
What brand or website do you guys reccommend?

I use Hella. I'm happy. Try Pelican parts, they have a good selection.

There is a guy at Rennlist with the user name 'IceShark' who sells a killer light kit for our cars. I've heard nothing but good things about them, and I'm thinking about getting the kit myself in the future. They are not HID headlights, rather they emit more of a pure white hue and I believe the kit includes not only bulbs, but upgraded wiring and ballasts also. I think this same guy makes and LED lighting kit for the intrument cluster lights, which looks really good from the pictures I've seen.

I've seen euro lens for the fog lights that make them a driving light. More focused than diffuse.
H-4's for the head lights. Even with the stock intensity bulbs they are three times better than any sealed replacements. Add in IceShark's wiring improvements and high wattage bulbs and you could singe the hair on a deer at 100 yards.
