What stupid tool do I need?

Here is a dumb question but I can't find the answer...What tool do I use to take the threaded cap off the strut housing so I can change strut inserts...

Yeah I think its a spanner wrench as well. If not, try a blowtorch

You need a flathead screw driver, and a hammer (or something else that can function as one, such as a decently sized ratchet).
