yeah, i am in ithaca, NY (actaully, on the west side of ithaca, closer to watkins glen).

where are you exactly? i mean, where in liverpool?

i'm a Finger Lakes Region member. are you guys coming to Watkins Glen for the 6 hours sportscar race next weekend?

ithaca is about 90 minutes from liverpool, and about 3 hours from buffalo.

Planter I used to live in Williamsville. I didn't have my Porsche then so I never got involved in that respect. I moved to FL for school about three and half years ago.

it's not the one all the way to the upper-right, that's the place across the street.

look to the left (west) of the intersection, that's it. the blob in the field is the airplane hangar. the 924 and 944 are parked out there

you guy's are fast..i was only gone a few minutes and there is responces..lol..obin are you in the central new york pca club? i havent gotten around to officialy join yet. but have been invited to some of the gigs..i hear that the prez. of the club lives in your area.i can look it up if you would like to know.. where do you take your p-car for servise? i do now ithaca area. my ex-company used to send me down there for work.how well do you know liverpool? i'm near pbs ch24. near onondaga lake. i wasnt aware of the watkins glen thing coming up.my p-car comes out of the shop tommorow after about 10 days and a small fortune later..maybe i'll drive down..

Planter, I do remember Essjay. I lived right across from the Walker center on Lafayette blvd. I actually used to go look at all the Porsche's they had at United import service. I went to Williamsville South for a few months. Small world eh?

cant say for sure if i can make it..got more than my share of work to do around my house and my mom's house..can you give me more details or link me to them..i did read about it awhile ago but cant remember where.maybe on the pca club webpage????would like to meet up with others and ride down there..my e-mails stopped comming from the club..(think its time to join?).

Just a comment guys- Last July, I was shopping for a house in the N. Tonawanda/Amherst region. A job transfer was the reason. At the time, I worked for an outfit right behind the old Wurlitzer factory. At the same time, a then competitor was opening a plant near where I currently live, so I jumped ship. No move the to great white north for this southern boy. The offer was attractive but the collateral damage to the family was going to be really bad because of timing and a number of other factors. Just a comment, I still like the Canadian side of the Falls better.
