SSI ball joint kit for 951 Al arm rebuild
Hey boys -- long time no post -- remember I sold the white steed (951) back in January. I was cleaning out the garage and found the SSI ball joint kit for rebuilding the Aluminum arms on the '86 951. I was going to do it, but figured out that that wasn't my problem -- the new owner wasn't going to do any of the work himself, so I kept them. I was going to post for sale over here, but completely forgot -- until I ran across them. E-mail me if anyone is interested.

I'm not going to remove this post, but please post stuff like this in the "parts for sale" section, unless you want to give them away to a board member

Hey Ahmet, not to sound totally dumb, but where is the parts for sale section? I see one for the 911, and a couple BMW, but nothing for 944/951?
Thanks Sam |

Fine young canabals,
I wasn't trying to start anything! It's a catch-22, I posted here for over a year and rarely checked the classifieds. Seems to me that if the post were to say in the title FOR SALE -- and you weren't interested you could just skip the post. It is kind of convienient finding everything in one location. FWIW Anyway, the kit does both sides and was $175 new. It is unmolested, and it would be nice to recoupe $150, but I'll take what I can get (since the certainly won't fit on the Corolla -- remember THAT trade!). There are some VERY detailed instructions posted on the web. I got the kit because every one that I read that had gotten it had little or no trouble installing it. Beats the alternative if you're on a budget (and I know you are). ciao
