What else should I do while my turbos out?
 

I'm rebuilding my k27. What should I replace while that's out? Most seals involved with the turbo have been replaced 10k ago, so do I need new seals and gaskets?

Get new o-rings for the oil return and pickup feeds. Get new exhaust sealing rings, intake manifold gaskets, dipstick o-ring.

Now may also be an excellent time to replace any vacuum lines that are questionable since you have the intake manifold off. Also check and clean the idle air control valve, check for good connections on the cycling valve if you still have one.

This is the best time to do the oil/air separator(oil filler) and the rear balance shaft cover o-ring but that involves removing the belts.
