Will these auction wheels fit into a 944 as is?

Both are very nice for the price.
Get the second because it does have the correct hub with the Porsche crest. I have been told that the Porsche crest is impossible to find. But I haven't bought a steering wheel for my 944 since 1979. If the second steering wheel is too worn then you should be able to find another steering wheel only of the same manufacturer to replace it. Yes the hubs are make different between steering wheel manufacturers.

there are a few porsche crest horn buttons available on ebay... one is only $11 and still in the original packaging
