I am just about to put the engine back in the car. Put new Rod bearings in it tonight, all looked good except# 2 was a little rough. Any way is there any way to do the belts without spending big coin on this tool??? any help appreciated..

I use the Krikit tool. It is inexpensive as are the belts. If used with care, the tool will give consistent results. Because it is so easy to use, I change belts yearly. Car gets a lot of track use. Changing belts is cheap insurance.
I have heard people on this list not getting consistent results with it. I think inconsistent results might be caused by operator inconsistency. |
