Block Honing

does anyone have any experience with this? I read about the Sillicium Mixture when overboring, but will i need to do that if i only hone it to remove the glaze?
Thanks,

I just had mine done. It cost me $540 Canadian to do it. Bore, hone and silicone lapping, plus block cleaning an checking the crankshaft bore alingment. BUT the 951 factory oversized pistons cost $420 Canadian each!!!!!!!!
