Unhappy Going down the road, then hot air starts flowing

I have a new problem. All the sudden, with the fan switch off, warm air started flowing. Any ideas?

You have an 87' check that your mixing flap plastic heater clip is still intact. There is a black plastic cover above and to the right of the gas pedal. Remove it and check that the mixing arm is still attached to the stepper motor.

the way you can control how much heat comes in thru the heater. on my '84, a horizontal slide at the bottom of the heater/defroster panel, to the right, a lot of heat, to the left, no heat.
not sure on the later one's how it's setup but probably similiar.

Had the same problem with mine turned out to be the vacum line going to the heater valve. Check that
