Airbag / child seats?
Can the passenger side airbag be disabled for use with a child seat?

Some Porsche dealerships will do this for you. It is very expensive and you will have to sign more papers then you would if you were filling out an Evirovmental Impact Statement. (sometimes the law gets out of hand) The car's key must be used to turn the airbag switch to off, and then reset itself when the car is turned off. In newer cars the whole airbag computer must be changed out. If you are mechanically and electrically inclined, you can buy the switch from the Mazda dealership. The one they use for the Miata can be spliced into the wiring harness, without having fault codes flying out at you. Cheaper to buy a child seat that will fit in the back. Good luck.
